Some unofficial phone apps appear to be using GameFAQs as a back-end, but they do not behave like a real web browser does.Using GameFAQs regularly with these browsers can cause temporary and even permanent IP blocks due to these additional requests. If you are using the Brave browser, or have installed the Ghostery add-on, these programs send extra traffic to our servers for every page on the site that you browse, then send that data back to a third party, essentially spying on your browsing habits. We strongly recommend you stop using this browser until this problem is corrected. The latest version of the Opera browser sends multiple invalid requests to our servers for every page you visit. The most common causes of this issue are: One of the devs said he still hadn't beaten the Falaise Pocket and gotten all the bonus objectives.I seem to be the only one excited about Panzerkrieg.Your IP address has been temporarily blocked due to a large number of HTTP requests. The Falaise pocket is a tradtional RTS campaign, but it's supposed to be pretty hard and take a few hours to beat if you don't go for the bonus objectives. Personally, it sounds to me like a mini DoW 2 campaign with the focus on a few squads. The allied one(I forget the name) applies Direct Fire to infantry, looks pretty cool. Tiger Ace is just a campaign to show off Direct Fire. And the DoTA and tank modes sound pretty badass as well. The defense one sounds pretty fun, where you and your buddies start out with a full base and have to defend it against waves of enemies. It seems that 3 missions is enough to get things heated up, then the campaign ends - View image here: -However, the MP portion, which I just found out about, sounds pretty awesome. Originally posted by nugzboltz:I was originally interested in this expansion for the SP portion, which is apparently very short at 3 missions per campaign, for 9 total. There are also AV guns manned by AI throughout the base, not sure if you can take control on those. Not clear on AI unit upgrades, I saw some Pioneers with flamethrowers, and a Panther IV that stalled half the side of American AI since none of the infantry units had AV =PSniper can hit machine gun nests for great damage ^^Will have to try playing it with people later. You have to destroy both nests in order to take down the bunker. (and the equivalent for the other side, obviously) Each hero has 4 abilities, two of which are universal (Sprint, Grenade), and two of which are hero specific (HWS has Grit and Heroic Charge, for example) The upgrades via level up can improve weapon damage, armor, and grenade damage, 10 ranks in each category, and the upgrades will remain if you pick another hero in the game. The AI's lines of defense are basically several outposts of two machine gun nests and a mortar bunker. IIRC the heroes available are Engineer, Commando, Medic, Officier, Jeep, Heavy Weapon Specialist, and Sniper. ![]() ![]() Finished downloading last night -late- so I could only play Assault a couple times.Yes it's kinda like DoTA in the sense that each side picks heroes (up to 3v3 it seems) and have a go in the typical AoS fashion, but compared to scenarios like DoTA, EoTA, and ToB, Assault in CoH is really primitive.
